The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.8.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27115 of 2019 in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 261 of 2017 pending in the Court of the learned ACJM V, Patna City to the extent of extending the period of surrender of the petitioner. The anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was disposed of by this Court and he was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order but the petitioner failed to surrender and pray for regular bail before the learned Court below within stipulated time due to fact that he was preparing for B.A. examination in Delhi.

No.80183 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with the Fatuha P.S.
