2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 262 of 2015 instituted under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals had committed loot. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused.

4. Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner was involved in committing loot, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89983 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2026 2/2 Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.
