2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 29.11.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 75349 of 2023 in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 161 of 2023.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
