Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents authority to consider the case of the petitioner for selection of Anganbari Sevika for Center No.174 which is situated in Ward No.03 in Gram Panchayat Raj Ganeshpur Babhangama, P.S.- Riga, Anchal-Riga, District-Sitamarhi.

3. Learned Counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has directly moved before this Court. As such, the petitioner may be directed to file his representation before the Original Authority in this

Patna High Court CWJC No.18805 of 2018(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 matter.

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ application is hereby disposed off directing the petitioner to file his representation before the Original Authority within 30 days from today, if cause of action shall survive.

5. The Original Authority shall decide the case of the petitioner within 90 days upon filing the said representation and the said 90 days shall be counted from the date of completion of appearance of all concerned.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application stands disposed off.
