Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners will file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Jehanabad for redressal of the grievance, as the petitioners want that Panchyat Sarkar Bhawan be constructed at the village Parawan. The petitioners have given the description of village as

Patna High Court CWJC No.18242 of 2023(2) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 well as the land in paragraph no.1 of the writ petition.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the District Magistrate, Jehanabad is directed to call for the records relating to the concerned village from the office of Block Development Officer and ensure to take action immediately for construction of the Panchyat Sarkar Bhawan at appropriate place in accordance with Government's guideline without any further delay in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, who are the villagers, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
