Petitioner is an accused in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. Petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
