JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 401 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A)/34 of IPC. Petitioner is said to be the husband of the informant and there is allegation that petitioner and other accused persons planning to kill her and as such, she fled away from the house. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was suffering from various disease and he was also assaulted by the brother of the informant and allegation is false and concocted.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76997 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikarahna, West Champaran, in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 401 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in the investigation and appear before the Police as and when required, otherwise, his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
