Case No. 79 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of recovery of stolen articles from the shop of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the articles were not the stolen articles and he is in good faith purchased the articles and he is shop owner and moreover he is in custody since 23.9.2019 and charge sheet has been submitted.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77254 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Lakhisarai, in connection with Medni Chawki P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019.
