2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 164 of 2017 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2372 of 2023.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated 31.01.2024, it appears that the trial will only begin when appearance will complete and the trial will be conducted by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86264 of 2023(3) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 Ld. Court. It is also apparent that summon has already been sent in this case but no service report has been received by this Court.

6. Hence, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

7. In the aforesaid circumstances, the present application stands disposed of.
