2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 127 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 412, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to be the purchaser of a stolen motorcycle.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal history.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui/concerned Court below in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 127 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. It is also subject to the condition that the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner.

7. Before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if the Court below finds that the petitioner has any criminal antecedent then his bail bonds shall not be accepted by the Court below. If the petitioner has no criminal history then his bail bonds shall be accepted. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
