The petitioner has been in custody since 31.07.2018 in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 193/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were from a thatched house of Jitendra Sahni and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
