That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent 1st party to remove the encroachment made by respondent nos. 6 to 8 bearing Khata no. 30, Tauzi No. 1941, Plot No. 667 and 668, the Bandh of Baiti river made in middle of Plot No. 667 and 668, recorded as Government Bandh (water

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur, District-Begusarai for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
