It appears from the reply of show cause of Dy.SP Headquarters, East Champaran, Motihari that after serious efforts, the victim girl was recovered, where her statement was recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. and also under 164 of the Cr.P.C./Section 183 of the BNSS. It appears from the show cause that missing victim was eloped by one Ravindra Kumar on 8.12.2023. It further suggests that victim allowed to go with one Sanju Devi on Jimmenama by learned Trial Court, who is sister-in-law (bhabhi) of Ravindra Kumar, who appears solemnized marriage with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87321 of 2024(5) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 victim out of their love affairs. Victim prima-facie appears major from school certificate issued by Uchhya Madhyamik Vidhyalaya, Haudia, Madhuban where her date of birth mentioned as 01.01.2005, occurrence took place on 08.12.2023.

3. In view of aforesaid, reply of show cause notice on behalf of SP Motihari, East Champaran is accepted.

4. As petitioner is already on bail, no further order required to be passed, accordingly present petition stands disposed of.
