We are of the considered view that it will be appropriate for the petitioner to first approach the authority concerned seeking redressal of the grievance qua the damage caused to the standing sugar crop in the field due to flood of the year 2017. We are sure that any such request shall be considered expeditiously within two months from the date of its receipt. The writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
