2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 160 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 302, 304B, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is accused of killing his own pregnant wife within two years of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2024.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.264 of 2025(5) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the trial has started. The prosecution will cooperate in the trial and the witnesses shall be examined in the dates fixed.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
7. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
