2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Noorsaria P.S. Case No. 375 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a large amount of the looted goods, a country made pistol, four live cartridges etc., were recovered at the instance of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
