2. The present application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No.5196 of 2020 which was dismissed for default on 26.09.2024.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to mistake the case could not be marked on both the dates, as such, Counsel could not appear. Counsel submits that in future such mistake shall not take place.

4. Learned Counsel for the State has no objection.
