The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that recovery of liquor is alleged from the house of other persons and they disclosed that the petitioner and co-accused was supplier. Thereafter, the petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case and the petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77501 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.462 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
