Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 4.2.2019 with observation that the trial court shall conclude trial within nine months from today. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has remained in custody since 8.8.2018. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 8.8.2018, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78383 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XIV, Begusarai, in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018, arising out of S.T. No. 175 of 2019 (CIS No. 159 of 2019).

At the same time, the trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial in all respects within six months from today.
