1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I)To issue WRIT OF MANDAMUS to declare the action of the .respondents as highly illegal arbitrary unreasonable discriminatory and also in violation of Art 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India for not paying the salary of the petitioner since January 2020 till date to the petitioner who is working as typist-cumclerk in Rajkiya Ayurvedic College though the petitioner is discharging his duties regularly. (II) For issuance of writ in the nature of MNADAMUS directing the Respondent Authorities particularly the Respondent No.-3

Patna High Court CWJC No.18458 of 2023(2) dt.22-01-2024 2/2 and 4 to pay the salary of the petitioner that is due since the year 2020 for which she is discharging her duties in the institution of Respondent No.-3"

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director in Chief (Ayurved), Directorate of Ayush, Department of Health, Govt. of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna i.e. the respondent no.3 for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Director in Chief (Ayurved), Directorate of Ayush, Department of Health, Govt. of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
