Petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.121 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 323, 341, 307, 504 and 506/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2018. Both parties are close agnates and their houses are adjacent to each other. There is land dispute between them.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner assaulted Kanhaiya Kumar with iron rod on his head. The injury report of Kanhaiya Kumar has been enclosed as Anneuxre-3, which shows that he has sustained only one injury, which was

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.121 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
