JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2019 in connection with Vishambharpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 for offences under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.10.2019. In the instant case, total 30.400 litres of country made liquor was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is a student, let him be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25, 000/- (Rupees twenty
