2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii) (B) of the NDPS Act, registered in connection with NDPS Case No. 121/2025 arising out of Adapur P.S.Case No. 161 of 2025. .

3. While rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner under order dated 19.09.2025 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 51883 of 2025, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the charges have now been framed.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82389 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Court-1, NDPS, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with NDPS Case No. 121/2025, arising out of Adapur P.S.Case No. 161 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
