2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 272, 273 and 34 of IPC and Section 30 (a) & 41 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2016 .

3 . Prosecution case is that 510 Nepali liters liquor were recovered from seized motorcycle .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the seized

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87965 of 2024(3) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 motorcycle of which petitioner is registered owner.

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the vehicle of which petitioner is registered owner, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
