2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 415 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals assaulted the informant with a pistol butt and looted his bag, mobile, and purse in which Rs. 1200 was kept from the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no material to connect the petitioner with the crime and the petitioner has falsely been implicated by the Police by showing the recovery of Aadhar Card of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2025

5. The learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the application of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents. The name of the petitioner has come during the investigation. On the confessional statement of the petitioner, a country made pistol, 2 live cartridges and Aadhar Card of the informant were recovered. There are sufficient materials available on record to show the involvement of the petitioner in the crime.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
