2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 111(4) and 61 of B.N.S. and Section 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 14.08.2024, on receipt of secret information that absconderaccused of a murder case namely Dipak Kumar, Sahil Kumar and their five associates have assembled in Malmala Chaur to commit crime, the informant and other police officials conducted raid and two persons were apprehended, who disclosed their name as Niraj Kumar @ Ajju (petitioner) and Vikesh Kumar @ Vikki, whereas other five persons fled away from spot, and on search, one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2024.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.
