JUSTICE RAMESH CHAND MALVIYA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2024 This case has been listed under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for correction in the order dated 29.01.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in para no.6 of order dated 29.01.2024, there is a typographical error that this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail whereas the petitioner has filed the present application for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, paragraph no.6 of order dated 29.01.2024 be read as follows:- "Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Prince Kumar @ Prince Kumar Singh be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or

No.997 of 2024(3) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C., with further condition that one of the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner."

The other parts of the order dated 29.01.2024 shall remain intact.
