Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ application, the Deputy Managing Director (Administration) has issued the office order bearing Memo No. 7996, dated 19.09.2022, as contained in Annexure-G to the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 to 6, rejecting the petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment for want of requisite qualification as he is only Matriculate and cannot be considered for appointment as a
