2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and his family members are alleged to have tortured the daughter of the informant for demand of dowry.

4. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased victim.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 14.11.2024.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- VIII, Saran, Chapra in connection with Amnaur P.S.
