2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 323, 324, 307, 379, 337, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted brother of the informant with iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to petty issue, Maarpeet took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2025 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
