Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State, Sri Chandra Bhushan Prasad. 2.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.157/2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 10, 11, 13, 18B & 20 of Unlawful (Activities) Prevention Act Act & Sections 25(1-b)a & 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek regular bail. It is next submitted that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 66912 of 2024 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 4-10-2024. 4.

The Court has perused the order dated 4-10-2024 in Cr. Misc No. 66912 of 2024 as such is not inclined to release

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85651 of 2025(2) dt.27-02-2026 2/2 the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
