Case No. 232 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 324, 307/34, 393, 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Nitish Kumar who has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 43064 of 2017. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 02.11.2017. Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59584 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 custody, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Baibhav, learned Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saur Bazar P.S.
