The instant appeal has been preferred for setting aside the judgment dated 29.08.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11096 of 2018 and other analogous cases, whereby the learned Single Judge has allowed the writ applications by directing the

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1342 of 2018(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 respondent, the Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited to take necessary steps to create new portal for the persons having qualification of B.E./B.Tech. Degree and thereby allow them to participate in recruitment process of the selection of Junior Engineer.

Mr. Abhinav Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellant submits that impugned judgment under appeal was also challenged in L.P.A. No. 1416 of 2018 and the said L.P.A. has been allowed and the impugned judgment has been set aside vide judgment dated 18.12.2018.

In that view of the matter, the present L.P.A. has become infructuous.

The instant L.P.A. has been listed under the heading 'For Orders on Office Notes' since certain defects have not been removed, but since the instant L.P.A. has become infructuous, let the said defects be ignored.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
