The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 873C of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A), 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioners happen to be the mother-in-law and father-in-law and there is allegation of demand of motorcycle and Rs.50,000/- and for non-fulfillment of the same, assaulting her.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81543 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 husband of the opposite party no.2 has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.81572 of 2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 873C of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
