The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sreenagar P.S. Case No.111 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the allegation made against the petitioner that he shot arrows over Md. Nasim which deeply pierced below his stomach, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.
