The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.101 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the victim girl was in a relationship with the petitioner and she may have eloped with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
