JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63356 of 2019 by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that in order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63356 of 2019 the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as 'Rambabu Rai' whereas it should have been 'Arvind Kumar'. Similarly, in the address portion "Village- Garha, P.S.-Paroo, Disrict- Muzaffarpur" has wrongly been typed in place of "Village- Bhanpur Badeva, P.S.- Goraul, District- Vaishali". He further submits that the order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63356 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2637 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 2019 may be modified to the aforesaid extent and period of surrender may be extended for further four weeks. In view of the submission, the order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63356 of 2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent and the period of surrender is also extended by further four weeks from the date of this order. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
