2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504, 506, 379, 302, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the victim. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners of having assaulted the victim. The main allegation of assault is against one Chhotu Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Post mortem report does not support the prosecution case. Petitioners are in jail since 19.09.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not been framed yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Daudnagar/concerned Court below in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023. Ref:- Cr. Misc. No. 4281 of 2024 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case

3. Petitioner is assailant of the deceased. The post mortem report supports the prosecution case in so far the petitioner is concerned. Petitioner is in jail since 19.09.2023.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
