Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 326 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there is nothing specific alleged against him. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner has no concerned with the alleged occurrence. Moreover, similarly situated co-acused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50533 of 2018, as contained in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59842 of 2018(2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 Annexure-2. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 326 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
