It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 24.08.2018 be modified by changing the last paragraph wherein this Court has observed that it would be open for the respondents to take appropriate action pursuant to communication dated 03.03.2016. He submits that instead of communication dated 03.03.2016, this Court should direct the authorities to take appropriate action

Patna High Court MJC No.3711 of 2018(5) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 pursuant to the merit list prepared on 20.04.2012. Such submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner would call for a rehearing and cannot be a ground for modification of the order.
