2. The petitioner is the wife of Late Paras Prasad, who was on the post of driver in the Bihar State Electricity Board, now Bihar State Power Holding Company and retired on 01.06.2018. The husband of the petitioner is stated to have died on 29.04.2021.

3. The petitioner's prayer in the writ petition is for payment of higher pay scale to her husband for the post of driver, as had been paid to the similarly situated persons in the Board.

4. The petitioner prays for disposal of this writ petition with liberty granted to submit a representation to the respondent No. 2 for consideration of the petitioner's grievance.

5. As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is hereby disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.

6. As and when such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent No. 2 shall consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four months' from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
