2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 340(2), 3(5), 62, 64 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have cheated the informant of Rs. 3,30,000/- on the name of providing government job.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2025

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the main accused namely Sanjeev Kumar has already been granted bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82672 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75997 of 2025.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025.
