2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 334 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of throwing boiling water on a child who is non else but his nephew.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case because of enmity and mala-fide intention.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has clean antecedents and he is in jail since 22.07.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 334 of 2023.
