1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AAG-13 for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the B. N. Mandal University.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that MJC No.106 of 2019 was filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties for their willful

Patna High Court MJC No.4303 of 2024(3) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 disobedience of the order dated 06.09.2018 in CWJC No.10564 of 2010. It is submitted that the contempt application was taken up on 13.11.2024 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn. It is next submitted that the instant recall application has been filed seeking to recall the order dated 13.11.2024 in MJC No.106 of 2019.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the recall application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, instant recall application is dismissed as withdrawn.
