2. On 04.07.2019, the following order was passed : "This case has been listed for sending the matter to the Lok Adalat for settlement.

Petitioner has filed the instant writ petition being aggrieved by the action of the District Magistrate/Commissioner for nongranting/renewal of license with regard to firearms.

It is expected that in the Lok Adalat the District Magistrate/Commissioner will consider the case of petitioner and will take all steps for redressal of his grievances.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is ready for settlement of his grievance in the Lok Adalat.

In such circumstances, in the interest of natural justice the matter is sent to the Lok Adalat.

3. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra to consider the application of the petitioner afresh for grant of arms licence within three months from the date of receipt/ communication of a copy of this order.

4. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra for its compliance through FAX or e-mail forthwith.
