Petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. Case No.19 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 420, 409, 384, 386 and 387 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2018. Name of this petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused, Angad Singh, who was apprehended on the spot. He has been implicated only on account of village politics.

It has been submitted that co-accused, Angad Singh, has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 20.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34019 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62658 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Purnea, in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.19 of 2015, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
