2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners was rejected by order dated 02-03-2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7211 of 2021 but the petitioners are renewing their prayer for bail on the fresh ground that the informant has filed affidavit, in which, he disclosed the innocence of the accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that considering these aspects, husband of the deceased has been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this court by order dated 26-07-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32590 of 2023.

3. It appears that the husband of the deceased has been granted regular bail considering the compromise entered into between the parties. The petitioners are step Gotani and step brother of the deceased, and this case is on better footing.

4. I do not see any reason as to why the petitioners should not be extended similar benefit alike the husband of the deceased.

5. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of same day without being prejudiced by this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands dismissed.
