2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 360 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 354C, 354D, 506, 366, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and under Section 66E of the Information Technology Act.
3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl were in a relationship.
4. The petitioner is in jail since 22.8.2023.
5. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State have opposed the application of the petitioner for grant of bail by contending that the allegations are serious in nature.

6. Considering the submissions of the parties and also considering the fact that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 360 of 2022.
8. As a condition of this bail order, the petitioner will give an undertaking in the Court below at the time of furnishing his bail bonds that the he will not disturb the matrimonial life of the victim girl and if the petitioner violates this condition, then his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
