2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Parbatta PS Case No. 231 of 2019 dated 20.06.2019 instituted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to move before the Court concerned.

4. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

5. If the petitioner surrenders before the Court below
