2. The accused/petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai Cyber P.S. Case No.35 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 340(2), 338, 336(3), 318(4), 61(1) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'B.N.S.') as well as Sections 66-C and 66-D of the Information and Technology Act.

3. The accused/petitioner is named in the FIR and is in custody since 24.08.2025.

4. Allegation against the petitioner is to involve in cyber fraud along with other co-accused persons and thus, by cheated several innocent persons by creating forged

5. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that name of this petitioner transpired on the basis of disclosure made by apprehended co-accused Sourabh Kumar. It is submitted that on the basis of which one shop namely, M/s King Photoshop was raided, with which, this petitioner was alleged to associate. It is pointed out that nothing incriminating appears recovered from petitioner, suggesting his involvement doubtful qua crime in question. Petitioner claimed clean antecedent.

6. Learned APP opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as FIR itself suggest that no incriminating material prima facie appears to be recovered from possession of this petitioner suggesting his involvement doubtful with crime in question, where petitioner remains in custody since 24.08.2025, accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
